Darkroom 80% Sierra Leone Chocolate

This origin is DEEP. Feels like sipping a single malt in a late night bar. We taste caramel, malt and vanilla. Crazy-low bitterness for an 80% bar made without vanilla (the chainstore 80 bars all add vanilla).  More intense than our 80% Uganda, but still not harsh in any way. We normally reach for 70% bars but this has changed our minds . . .

2 INGREDIENTS: Sierra Leonean cacao, sugar. 

ALLERGENS: none, but made in our own bakery which handles nuts & gluten. Vegan.

SINGLE ORIGIN CACAO: ethically sourced from the Village Hope Social Enterprise, in the Kailahun region of Sierra Leone.
